Refund Policy

Ethereal Soul Sanctuary – Refund Policy

At Ethereal Soul Sanctuary, I strive to provide a nurturing and supportive experience through Angelic Reiki, energy healing, workshops, and online sessions. Please read my refund policy carefully before booking.

1. In-Person Sessions & Workshops

  • Cancellations: Please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session or workshop.

  • Refunds: If you cancel in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund or session credit.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

2. Online Sessions & Courses

  • Cancellations: Online session bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Refunds: Refunds for online sessions or courses are provided in accordance with UK consumer law. If you experience technical issues on our end preventing access to the session, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session.

3. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Subscription payments are billed automatically according to the agreed interval (weekly, monthly, or annually).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future payments, but past payments are non-refundable.

  • If a paid subscription period is disrupted due to our technical error, I will provide a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected period.

4. Special Circumstances

  • If illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact me. 

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

For sessions already completed, refunds will only be issued if you feel deeply dissatisfied or believe the service was not delivered as described.

  • All refunds are subject to the above terms and UK consumer law.

  • By booking any session, workshop, or subscription with Ethereal Soul Sanctuary, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
