Ethereal Soul Sanctuary offers:

• Angelic Reiki and energy healing (in-person and online via Zoom)

• Meditation and spiritual wellness guidance

• Workshops, courses, and digital content

All services are intended to support spiritual growth, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing.
They are complementary to, not a replacement for, medical or psychological care.
You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing at all times. Sessions are designed for women and feminine-aligned individuals.
If you’re unsure whether this feels right for you, please reach out, I’ll always respond with compassion and clarity.

Booking & Payments

• Sessions can be booked online, via social media, or by direct contact.

• Payment can be made online, in person, or through subscription plans.

• Subscription plans are billed automatically but can be cancelled anytime (see below).

• All fees are clearly stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. 

• Refunds are always handled with compassion and fairness:

Refund Policy

• If you request a refund for any prepaid session that hasn’t yet taken place, it will be provided in full, without question.

• For completed sessions, refunds will be issued if you feel the service wasn’t as described or you were deeply dissatisfied.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

• You may also choose to transfer your session to another date or gift it to someone else.

Online sessions or subscriptions: Refunds are provided according to UK consumer law. Please contact me if you need assistance.

My intention is to hold a fair, loving, and transparent policy that honours both your needs and the energetic exchange of healing.

Your Participation

To help create a safe and supportive space, please:

• Share any relevant physical, emotional, or medical conditions before your session.

• Arrive (or log on) on time so we can begin calmly.

• Honour this sacred space as a moment of peace for yourself.

My Promise & Limitations

I pour my heart and energy into every session, guided by angelic light and intuition.
While most clients feel relaxed and supported, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
All services are provided as-is, and participation indicates understanding that Ethereal Soul Sanctuary and myself (Jessica Mannion) are not liable for personal outcomes.

Privacy & Your Information

Your privacy is deeply respected.

• Personal information is collected only for session delivery, payment processing, and communication.

• All client records are kept securely and confidentially in accordance with UK GDPR.

• No details are shared with third parties without consent.

Respecting My Work

All written materials, courses, recordings, and resources shared by Ethereal Soul Sanctuary remain the intellectual property of Jessica Mannion.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be handled through UK courts.

Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect new services or policies.
